-When did you start playing basketball? I started playing basketball in pre-K with my buddies at the Boys and Girls club, and that’s when I realized it was going to be my main sport. I enjoyed it in pre-K, and I started playing AAU in 4th grade and Bellevue Select in 5th grade.

- Who is your favorite basketball player of all time? It’s Klay Thompson. He went to WSU, and I definitely model my game after him because of his shots and off-the dribble moves.

- What is your favorite basketball memory? It’s got to be freshman basketball with all my buddies. I had such a blast playing against MI, and there were so many great moments.

- If you were able to shop at one store in the Bellevue Square Mall for the rest of your life, where would you shop and why? It’s got to be Nordstrom because there is a lot of stuff, and it also got some good shoes. They got everything there.

- What team do you support in the Apple Cup and why? Definitely the Cougars. I used to be a UW fan, and my best friends head coach used to be the UW coach. But I’ve been a WSU fan my whole life, and last year was a great season. Both my parents also went to WSU.

- Are you more of a movie person or a TV show person? I am more of a movie person, but I do not like going to movie theaters. Why would I go out when I can watch movies on Netflix.

- What is your dream car to drive in the future? It’s got to be the old school Ford Bronco. I especially love the 1974 Bronco because it was my dad’s favorite car.

- If you had to invite 3 guests to a birthday party at a restaurant, who would you invite and why? It would definitely be my best friend JC, Will Ferrell, and Scott van Appledorn (JC’s dad)

- What holiday is better: Christmas or New Years? Christmas because I get to be with my family, and it’s definitely longer. New Years is exciting, but it isn’t as traditional or long as Christmas.

- Would you rather spend an hour in the weight room or an hour on the track? Of course, weight room. I model myself to get big and be more motivated to succeed.

- Settle the GOAT debate: Michael Jordan or LeBron James? Well, for me I didn’t grow up watching Michael Jordan, so I would say LeBron James is the GOAT. He impacts every team he plays for and he’s still dominant at 38 years old.

- What is one famous quote that you embrace? “Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create” is the quote. My dad always tells me to only focus on what you can control, and this quote sums it up.
